Not able to open wordpress admin for company website
-
Hi, I was trying to secure the website (making it https://) and did everything up to the point of buying the SSL Certificate and inputting it into our control panel on the Telus website hosting we are using. Afterwards the website did not launch and it said the following: ‘Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /services/webpages/e/r in /services/webpages/e/r/erythana.com/public/test_wordpress/wordpress/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1195’
Meanwhile my manager contacted Telus hosting support and the lady said it was a problem with our WordPress, saying that we had to change the URL under settings to include ‘https://’, which we did. But additionally, she told us to erase the last part of the URL that was something like ‘/test_wordpress/wp-admin’ . After doing that, and saving the changes, WordPress stopped letting us use the portal, now every time I try clicking on any tab it redirects me to a page that says ‘ Not Found [CFN #0005]’.
I do not know what to do, since now I don’t even have access to our WordPress admin site. I hope you could please help me.
Thank you very much in advanced.

You’ve created a new account here at WordPress.com but this forum can only assist with sites that are actually hosted here. I would have thought your host was the correct place to ask about installing an SSL certificate. As your site will be using the WordPress.org software so you could register an account at:
