Not able to purchase WordPress domain name

  I am trying to purchase domain name and every time I do, it doesn’t process. There are two situations happening. First, when I enter my debit details, it declines the card claiming that my card is not meant for international transactions. Second, when I try to pay with Paypal, it continously redirects me to plans. I click on the second plan, the same payment method happens, debit card and then paypal, it goes on and on. Please help at the earliest.
