Not able to upload a zip file containing

  Having trouble exporting a zip file through the upload do not know where that feature is on the dashboard.

  The zip file was downloaded from a third party business website and after picking the theme as the default website from wordpress; I went to the dashboard and could not locate the area for uploading a zip file

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
