  Hi, these are the forums for WordPress.com tools and services. We’re a bit different from the free WordPress software.

  Are you having this trouble when using https://WordPress.com/post (as opposed to wp-admin)? And if so, what’s happening exactly?

  I do want to add, though, if you are using wp-admin to post and you’re having trouble with that, you’ll want to post in the forums for the free WordPress software:
