I first chatted with wordpress.org and they sent me to my host website (Bluehost), who sent me to wordpress.com
So i’m hopeful that we can resolve this -
Hi @goteli1993, WordPress.org is a website for the free software project. There isn’t really a customer service to talk to because it’s free software, but you may have chatted with some community members.
Bluehost is your host, and your site is https://myspottherapy.com.
WordPress.com (that’s us) is a different host, but we do also have some services including Calypso, which is mentioned in the URL you gave. When I click on that URL, I also see that error, but I am not logged in and shouldn’t expect to be able to edit your site.
Are you using https://myspottherapy.com/wp-admin to log in and edit your posts, or https://wordpress.com/posts ?

Also, can you clarify when you’re seeing that error? What steps are you using that bring you to that page?
