not allowed embed site

  I logged on to VideoPress successfully,
  uploaded the video,
  was given the short piece of code:
  [wpvideo ppR4r8nL]
  embedded this code in my post – – – as I have done
  successfully with other videos on this site in the past

  it doesn’t display in Safari, and in Firefox I’m seeing the
  error message:
  VideoPress Error
  komyozan.org is not an allowed embed site.
  Publisher limits playback of video embeds.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, the sharing settings for your latest video don’t allow sharing and embedding, which is why you are getting this error.

  To change this, you can go to your media library under Media > Library in your WordPress.com dashboard. Hover over your latest video and click the Edit link that appears. Click the box next to “Display share menu and allow viewers to embed or download this video” and then click the blue Update button. Your video should now work.
