Not allowed to login

  I am not allowed to login, neither am I able to see my website in browser, which I had been working on till yesterday. I am shown this : Error: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.

  Are you working on https://vigorarc.com/? That site isn’t set up on WordPress.com so we can’t provide help with it. Sounds like you’re instead, set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
