Not auto-renewing a direct payment for a free wordpress site.

    What if I purchase a year plan and don’t renew? Do I lose the site completely? Or does it simply go back to what I had before with the free wordpress site?

    Hi there,

    You will not lose your site. All that will happen is that your site will go back to the free plan, meaning the extra features added by your paid plan will disappear, and the free WordPress.com address if you had a custom domain connected under the plan.

    Any content added to your site will not be affected in any way, and will still be accessible via the free WordPress.com address.
