    Got the error message ‘Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.’ Please advise on what to do. Thanks.

  • Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    You can also send an email directly to billingsupport (at) wordpress (dot) com if you prefer that.
