not credited with purchase

  The manage purchase section states no purchases. However I did attempt the $3.99 option and it does appear on my bank statement.
  The site I am attempting to build is only the free site.
  What gives?

  I see a Personal Plan and two domains on your site, http://svseagypsea.wordpress.com/ That’s the only site in your account.

  What site are you looking at that indicates it’s on the free plan?
