Not eligible for a Quick Start Session

    Good morning,

    I would like to purchase a quick start session for the team who will be managing the site to learn WordPress but I am getting an error at checkout that ‘this site is not eligible for the session’. On the Quick Start Support page it says that all customers are able to purchase a session. Please let me know why I’m unable to purchase this session and if there is an alternate one-on-one help session that I can set up.
