not enough storage?

    I was wondering if I need to increase my storage as every time I try to upload a picture it says Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2019/10. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    Looks like you’re not talking about bastiensophie.wordpress.com as that site hasn’t been updated since 2012.

    You’re probably talking about sophiebastien.com which is only connected to your WordPress.com account. That site is using the open-source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
