not getting email from my contact page.

    Can you help me? I am not receiving email from my ‘Contact me’ page. Here is the URL:

    I had a friend try to contact me on that page so she could order some of my products and I didn’t respond. She knows me personally so she just messaged me another way. Then I had my daughter try to contact me–and I never received the email from her either. Anyway, I know that it worked this summer because I had another customer be able to contact me before. So sometime in between this summer and now it has stopped working. Can you help? Thank you!!

    Hi sarahnash8396,

    I’ve checked your contact form and the messages are being sent successfully. They are listed in the WP Admin dashboard here:

    However, I can see your mail provider is blocking the emails from WordPress.com — this is mostly likely because they think the contact form emails are spam. Do you have another email address you could use for the form? If so, it can be changed with these steps:

    1. Go to the contact page editor
    2. Click on the form in the Visual tab
    3. Click the pencil icon > Settings
    4. Update the email address
    5. Click “Update”

    You may also want to try contacting them to see if there is anything they can do to help with unblocking the emails.
