Not getting notifications

I am not getting email (to Outlook) notifications of comments on my site or when someone fills out info on my Contact form. It was fine until a couple weeks ago. My VA has checked every setting and we have changed nothing.

Hi there, can you give us the email address you are checking so that we can take a look? If you place it on its own separate line, only staff will be able to see it, it will not be shown to the public.

I did check the email on the account you are logged in here with, and do not see any notification emails going out, so I’m wondering if it might be a different email than the one that you are checking?

You can verify the email address on the this account by going to: https://wordpress.com/me/account

I tried to change the email to my Outlook email that I use on the website, but that form said that it was already in use.

Also, I had no problems until a couple of weeks ago when I stopped receiving notifications and had changed absolutely nothing.

  • Hi there,

The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

What is the site for which you’re not receiving emails, and what is the email address to which the notifications are supposed to go?

The email connected with my website is:
