Not getting SMS for 2 step verification, despite number not changing

  As title states. I’m trying to login to my account. I have 2 step verification enabled. Number hasn’t changed. I’m not being sent a number to my phone, so I can’t login. Had to create a secondary account in order to post this question ._.

  I just checked and the account that you are contacting us from does not have two step auth enabled. Do you happen to have a different account other the one you are using to contact us?

  This exact thing is happening to me currently. I had to create another account. I cannot access my website. The code isn’t coming to my cell. Please help!

  What is the email associated to the account you cannot access. I can send a single auth code your way.
