Not getting the activation email

    I am not getting the email to confirm my account even though I keep resending it. I have logged in and out of my email, refreshed and restarted my computer and the email is not coming in.

    Our logs show we’ve sent the email each time you’ve requested it, and it has been accepted by your email server.

    Please check your spam folder as well. If it’s not there, it might be getting filtered at a system level – please contact your institution’s IT department to ask them if they might be blocking this email before it reaches your inbox.

    If you’re not able to find it at all, let me know and we can try verifying manually.
