Not given option to transfer blog to new owner

  I want to transfer a blog to a new owner, but I do not get the option to transfer even though I am the owner and administrator of the blog. The only option I get is to leave the blog.

  This blog has domain mapping, no ads and a custom theme. It is the only one of my blogs that doesn’t give the option to transfer.

  Because I set this up for someone who now wants to administer and pay the renewal fees, it is important to get this transferred before they expire.
