I have been adamant that WordPress was true and it would be simple to setup my website. I purchased the elegant themes to make it a little simpler because I am not a computer guru. Every single phase I run into I am having to relearn or learn or try to figure out what process or what place or how I’m supposed to register something else and this is not simple it has not been easy I have included the elegant themes to simplify it for myself but I can’t even log woocommerce or anything else without retracting and going through five other processes to have to learn how to operate everything I am not happy with your service I either want some help desperately quickly or I want my friggin money back

The site is hosted elsewhere but the Jetpack plugin plugin creates a connection to your WordPress.com account, meaning it can be managed through your account here.

It sounds like you have been able to login to the account you have on WooCommerce.com (but please let me know if that’s not the case). There are options for contacting WooCommerce on this page if you have any questions about getting up and running:
If you have a paid upgrade, there should be the option to create a support ticket from your dashboard on WooCommerce — you can request a refund there.
