Not importing wordpress site, a jam in the system

  I started up a new account for someone else and imported a wordpress file from an another account. Unfortunately I didn’t have access to their email so the wordpress account wasn’t verified till a week later. Now when I go to “import site” in the dashboard it tells me that the file is still being imported and that I should contact them in 24 hours. But it has now been more than 24 hours and I can’t find a way to contact support other than asking the whole community.

  Has anyone else encountered a jam in the import function?

  Sorry about that! I just reset the site’s importer so you can try that import again. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
