Not letting me renew domain!

    I can’t find out how to renew my domain, I never received emails from wordpress to renew now I am unable to renew online. I need to renew this asap. My website is not functioning.

    Hi Deb,

    I’m very sorry for the trouble with your domain. A glitch in our system made it look like your domain was expired, but it wasn’t. I fixed that up so your domain is working now, and I’ve added credits to your account that you can use to renew the domain next year for free. Again, my apologies for the disruption to your site!
