Not posting and sometimes glitches…

Not posting on the topics page like it normally does and sometimes it will glitch when I’m trying to upload photos. Like it will upload and then once I have it in the post and I hit save draft, the image or gallery disappears. And for some reason it disconnected itself from Facebook but was still connected to Twitter.
