Not posting at selected time when scheduled from iPhone

  Since updating from iOS 6 to iOS 7, when I post on my iPhone, my posts have not been uploading at the time I schedule. I always schedule for 12:00 AM. So say I’m on at 10 PM on 2/3/14, I want my post scheduled for 12:00 AM on 2/4/14. When I hit schedule, it posts immediately, and time stamps as “19:00 on 2/3/14”
