Not receive sms for 2 factor authentication

  Appreciate to check site j104u.wordpress.com as i dont receive sms for 2 factor authentication.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The fact that you can post here means you are already logged into your account. Are you trying to change your 2FA settings?

  Our system is showing the messages are being sent and are showing successful delivery. If you’re not receiving them it could be that your mobile provider is blocking them.

  U r rite that i have logged in into my account. But that is only after i enter recovery code. and since then, i didnt log out fear i cant get in back.

  I dont have any issue receiving SMS on my mobile, as can still receive SMS 2fa from other provider i.e. Google and Microsoft.

  Appreciate assistance.

  If you have backup codes, please use that to disable 2FA from your account security settings. Then try re-enabling it and see if that helps.

  That does not mean your mobile provider is not perhaps blocking the specific service we’re using to send those messages.
