Are you speaking of the ogilvy.com address? We have sent several verification emails to that address, and they all show as delivered on our end, but it’s possible they’re being filtered somehow by your email provider. Can you please check the spam folder, and also try searching your email for “wordpress.com” in case it’s hidden in another filter somewhere.

Hi yes that’s the email. Have checked all folders but nothing has shown up. Do let me know how else this can solved. Thanks!

The only way to verify the email change is via the link in the email we sent you. If you did not receive the email, the problem is on your email provider’s end, and you’ll need to contact their support to help you find out why the email isn’t appearing in your inbox.
As I said above, the emails are being sent from our side, and your email provider is not returning them which means they are going through. If you don’t see them in the inbox, the problem is on that end.
