Not receiving a full refund for this recurring debt

  I requested a refund for the recurring charge of 99$. I only recieved 73$ of the 99$.
  From what I read, I can get a full refund within 30 days of the charge. If this is the case, I am owed 26$.

  I couldn’t say really as it was a year ago that I started blogging with WordPress.
  I just signed up to blog and paid 99.00 to do so.
  I am horrible at this stuff and should have done more research.

  I was not expecting to pay 99.00 every year to blog.
