Not receiving email notifications for comments on my posts

Originally I was getting email notifications whenever someone left a comment on one of my posts, but quite a few comments were spam. I just deleted them, didn’t change my settings. But for months now I don’t get email notifications any more. For example on this post https://everybookadoorway.com/rhapsodic-prose-and-a-queer-cast-youll-adore-the-all-consuming-world-by-cassandra-khaw/ someone left comments, but I only knew that when I came and logged in – there was no email notification.
Everywhere I can see, my settings say I should be getting emails, but I’m not. Please help?

Also, I do get email notifications when someone likes a comment I’ve left on my own post. I just don’t get email notifications when someone ELSE writes a comment.

This may sound obvious, but have you checked the spam and other folders of your email in case some email notifications are caught by your email service provider’s spam filter?
Also, please note that your site at everybookadoorway.com. is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by Hostinger. I’ve checked the spam, I check it every day.
Thank you. Been in contact with my hosting service but so far no luck. I’ll cross my fingers they can come up with something. Thank you!
