Not receiving emails from WordPress

    Hi,
    I have recently tried changing my email address on wordpress (to a business email) Gsuite. I changed the email and it does advise that I will receive a verification email but this hasn’t yet come through. This isn’t in the junk folder either. I have tried a different email just to try it out and the verification email came through just fine.

    I need to change this to the business email so I don’t get customer enquiries and so forth to my personal email.

    Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there,

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here is three weeks old, and I don’t see any email changes in the logs for this account. Where exactly did you change the email?

    If you’re speaking of the email for the admin account on your site, http://onfeeks.com/, that has nothing to do with us. That site is not hosted on our servers, just connected here via the Jetpack plugin, and email notifications for that site is sent by the WordPress software on your hosting provider’s server, not from us.

    In that case you can ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
