I am having trouble logging in to:
I have an account “modnavi.com” as well, which I am able to log in to. But I forgot my password to “modnav.com”, and when I go through the process of resetting by sending me a link via email to: (email visible only to moderators and staff), I am not receiving any kind of emails. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I called into BlueHost, which is hosts modnav.com, and they informed me that only support WordPress.org, not .com.

To clarify, I am trying to login to WordPress.com to get to my account for modnav.com
I created an account for modnav.com a little more than a week ago on Gravatar if that helps to clarify anything.

modnav.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site. You are using Jetpack to connect modnav.com to your WordPress.com account.
You are logged into your modnavi WordPress.com account now. But it sounds like you want to reset the password for your WordPress.org site: modnav.com.
If that’s the case, you won’t be able to reset the password for modnav.com via WordPress.com (the site isn’t hosted on our servers). You will need to use the password reset link on this page:
https://www.modnav.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
