Not Receiving SMS Code (# is active) & No Backup Code/No jetpack app

Hi Happy Engineers.
I haven’t been able to access my account for days. I already sent an account recovery form on 5/31. My problem is that I cannot log in to my paid plan account (username: nenskei) because it requires a verification code. Therefore, I am using this account.
The mobile number associated with my account is active but for some reason I have been not receiving SMS code anymore. I totally forgot where i store my backup codes. And I don’t have a jetpack app (uninstalled in my old device).
Appreciate your help.

Because Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) updates require strict security protocols to protect your private site data, account recovery cannot be processed publicly over the community forums. Since you already submitted the official Account Recovery form on May 31st, your request is safely in the queue with the specialized validation team. Manual security checks do take a few days to process to ensure absolute protection of your account (nenskei), but they will contact you directly via the email address you provided in that form as soon as your case is reviewed. Try to avoid submitting duplicate forms, as that can sometimes reset your place in the queue—just keep a close eye on your inbox and spam folder for their direct email update!
