Not receiving Verification emails

  Our SPAM filter is blocking the verification email I think. Can you provide us with a Domain or the email address that sends the verification email so that we can add it as an exception? Thanks.

  Hi jknott2013,

  I’ve checked your account and I can’t see a pending changing of email address on the Account Settings page. If you tell me what you are trying to verify, I’ll be happy to take a look :)

  Hi gemmacevans,
  It is not my email address that needs verifying, it was a number of people who I had invited to view my closed blog. As they were using work email addresses for creating their wordpress account, @bne.catholic.edu.au, they were not getting the verification emails due to BCE Spam filter blocking them.
  I think I may have got them to whitelist it now.

  Ah okay, thanks for clarifying that. It sounds like you have made some progress on this now, which is great news. Hopefully whitelisting the from email address will do the trick.
