  Not saving something that has been changed. All-day the same issue, after clicking SAVE there is a text, that it’s already saved. And when you check, there is nothing about that and do not do anything.

  Hi there,

  Can you tell us a bit more about the trouble you are having? Is the issue with a specific page you are trying to edit? If so, is it your homepage or some other page on your site we need to look into.

  If you can give us the URL to visit the page, we would like to try and see what happens if we save as well, thanks for the extra info.

  I was trying to change/add some menu topics, background, and font color. After I always clicked save, it was seeming like it was saved and ok, but after I renew, nothing changed, and was going like it to be way before. Even once today saving was working. All day long messing with it.

  I noticed in another post you started you also mentioned having issues with setting the background and text colors, yes? I closed that other post (duplicate posts tend to confuse us) but I made a note of it.

  We don’t have activity logs related to your activities in the site customizer, but can you tell me more about what color you were trying to use for your menu and text? I’d like to start there and see why those changes were not saved, and then once we look at those I’m hoping it will relate to your menu issue as well.

  Here is what you said elsewhere:

  Issue with saving a text and bacground color. Saved it a million times and after I did some changes in the menu, saved them also, and when I renewed it and saved it before it was back to that same new defaulted theme.

  Can you describe what background color and text color you were trying to use? What if you change just those two things, then save your changes. Does it work if you do just those by themselves first?

  Hello

  It seems, that might be there was also some error with sending data from my internet provider because there were problems with saving data. Now, everything seems to work correctly.
