Not seeing Site Title in Edin theme customization options

I am needing to replace the default text site title with an image within the Edin theme. I have Jetpack installed, activated and connected to wordpress.com, however I am still not seeing Site Title options within the theme customize options. Is there something that I’m missing? Thanks in advance!

Are you able to view the Site Title and the Tagline if you open the Customizer through the classic dashboard? Here’s a link:
