Not set up , can’t use as is .

    Recently paid for a Theme . Also paid to have it installed , and to model image shown in ad . None of this has been done , and so can’t do anything with my site . Theme was selected from your list . When will my site be ready ? What did I pay for ?

    The site I need help with is dglonghub.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
