  My domain was supposed to be transferred NOT cancelled!! We just want the domain back on the account so we can later transfer it. Please fix this ASAP!!!

  It looks like you recently reached out to us requesting a cancellation and refund the subscriptions you purchased (for $96). Our staff went ahead and canceled both the premium plan and domain subscriptions under your account. To confirm, you wanted the premium plan canceled, not the domain? If so, we can go ahead and see if we can restore the domain for you, but we’ll need to send a manual payment for the domain subscription since we already refunded you for that upgrade.
