Not sure
-
Good day. Confused. I type a draft and word press indicates you can “save it”, but there is no “save” button I could see. Further it says, “don’t worry..all your drafts are kept safe, etc.etc” Well….I typed a draft, could not find a save button and then left it only to find I could not find my draft. This is annoying to someone who takes a lot of time to write something thoughtful.
A suggestion: This is a good website, but like all websites become….yours too is a little overwhelming. You are striving to keep it simple, but I am afraid you are losing the battle…try to maintain your claim of simplicity. For instance, I have no idea of whether anyone will contact me about this question or not. I will return later in the day, and while I am an optimist, I fear I will be left with no comment and worse yet, find my new unsaved post from last night is gone! Thank you in advance.

Hello there,
Have you been using the step by step learn WordPress.com tutorial prepared by Staff? Here’s the link which appears at the bottom of all your Admin pages. When you look at the Publish module you will see a “save draft” button and below that is a large blue “publish” button. If you cannot see that “save draft” button the likely cause is that you have a browser issue. The first troubleshooting technique to use is to clear your browser cache and cookies. Have you done that?
Is your browser version up to date? You can upgrade any browser version here.

Also note that you can look in your Admin section to see if it was saved as a Draft Post or as a Private Post or Draft Page or Private Page.
