  my website opens and runs fine if I am on my laptop. but it shows an ‘oops’ message on all mobile devices

  Hi there,

  When I visit thetravelingscrunchymama.wordpress.com I can see it on my computer, iPad, and iPhone without issue. Here is a screenshot from my phone, for example:

  

  To clarify, you are checking thetravelingscrunchymama.wordpress.com and not a different URL, yes? Are you using an Android device instead of an Apple product? The message you describe is uncommon, and I’ve only seen it in cases where “domain mapping” is used to connect a custom domain from another provider so I’m hoping a little more info will offer us some clues, thanks!
