    bought a domain and WP businessplan but its looping me going back to ‘Free’

    Hi studiock9,

    Your account shows you purchased a Business plan for hollandspaingroup.wordpress.com several months ago, but no custom domain was registered. You then disputed this payment to WordPress.com and the plan was removed from your site.

    If this isn’t the site you are referring to, can you confirm which domain you purchased?

    Once I know more, we can look at the next steps.
