Nothin Found – showing on page on my website

When I click on my webpage it says “Nothing Found”

When I click on the ABOUT page, it says nothing is found. -
It looks like you accidentally added a Category Page instead of a link to your actual About page. But we can get this fixed up. Head over to Appearance > Menus. On the right, select the “About” menu item and remove it.
Next, on the left, select “Pages”. Then check the box next to your About page and click “Add to Menu.” Place it where you want it in the menu structure and save your changes.

I get as far as check the box….but I don’t see anything that says “add to Menu”.
Where is that?

So I have a few pages that are categories that I want as pages. Is there an easy way to keep the information, but change it to pages instead of categories?

Unfortunately there’s no way to automatically transfer the content of a post into a page. The easiest way to do it is to open the post you want to transfer in the editor. Select the Text editor and select the entire text from that box.
Then, create a new page and paste that entire thing into the Text editor for your new Page.
