Nothing found note on homepage

  Hi there,

  I have published two posts and neither of them is showing up on my homepage. There is just a big sign that says: ‘Nothing found’. I’ve tried to make this page static, but then it does not load correctly and has a dark overlay when loaded.
  I have no idea how to fix this. I’ve been through all the settings and none of them seems to change it. The site I need help with is thebrideguidect.co.za.
  Any help would be extremely appreciated!

  your frontpage only shows the initial post “The Journey Begins”. So posts should appear on that page. Or are you talking about another site besides brideguidect.wordpress.com?

  I don’t use the free domain. I see if I click on my URL then it opens the free site. If you type my URL in the browser, you’ll see it’s a different site

  That site is using the open source wordpress.org, so we cannot help you. The support for a wordpress.org site is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
