Nothing working on my site

So I had a website, all working really well, but then I tried to change something in the header by clicking on the customise option. Upon clicking it just showed a white screen and no options (this has never happened before), I also realised that the edit with elementor button had disappeared, and when I went through the dashboard to pages and then ‘edit with elementor’ it just left me with the elementor loading screen. Searching google it appeared the problem was with one of the plugins, so i disabled all of the plugins (except elementor) but was still having the same problems.
Now being frustrated, I completely reset everything and deleted all plugins to start from scratch, and now nothing works. for example after installing Starter Templates, none of the templates show up, I’m just left with a search bar. Also, after installing elementor again, I just get the same loading screen I had before.
Hopefully that makes some kind of sense and If anyone could give me any indication of what might have happened/ how I can resolve these issues I would be so so grateful as this is currently causing me a lot of stress. thanks in advance.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
