Nothing works for me in WordPress

Initially I had issues logging into my old blog, I did not remember the password, I tried to use the password reset form however the link received via email did not work, it just timed out after a while when opened.
Couldn’t even contact support to get help with that, as apparently the form they have for account recovery can not be sent if you give them the same email which is registered for the blog, as they simply send you back to the password reset form which again, did not work for me.
Finally managed to log in via an email link, thankfully they have an option for that.
Deleted my old blog, created a new one and then surprise – nothing works. Can not edit my homepage, can not access the Customizer as every page I try to access to edit the site apparently returns an internal server error.All I wanted was to start a simple blog. If they can not offer a simple and smooth setup for a basic blog, how the hell are they going to sell me a premium account? I mean, I can’t even contact support to get help with these issues.
Unfortunately I have to look for options elsewhere to start my blog, which is unfortunate as I really wanted to have a blog here.

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

macmanx, I do appreciate your willingness to help, however I already tried the mentioned steps before writing on the forum. I’m using the latest version of Firefox Developer edition, as well as latest version of Chrome.
