notification bell not displaying content

    when selecting the notification bell on the top bar , the slide out screen keeps loading but never stops to show content (all unread, comments, follows ,likes) just doesn’t display. anyone else have this problem and how can i fix this?? thanks

    Hi there,

    I have no problems with accessing and seeing notifications on this end. It sounds like it may be a browser issue.

    Have you tried using a different browser and see if your notifications display? Let me know if that works.

    hi Darnell , thank you so much, it worked! used to navigating with google chrome, i tried int explorer and you are right. it is a browser issue!! how simple i never thought of it, (comp ditts shakes head in shame..)

    Not a problem! The issue you are encountering with Chrome – I would disable any extensions or plugins you may have and see if that solves the issue.

    hi, you know that was the first thing i thought of checking, so i can safely say that it is not the problem, now having run through it again its def not it. minor irritation , will just be logging in with int explorer making sure that all info was viewed as ive been sending them through to my email.
