  When a customer submits a payment, how does WordPress or Paypal notify me about which item was purchased, and how will I know where to mail it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is hypothetical. I’m planning to set up a site under the Premium plan. And I know I can have a Paypal button to sell individual items (https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/). But it isn’t clear in any of the tutorials that I’ve seen how I will be notified about which product is being purchased, or how to get the mailing info from the customer.
