notifications pane
-
I use DuckDuckGo as my main browser. I know it is a little off the beaten track, but I like its privacy. The notifications pane appears on the left side of the screen when I choose it, which I can live with, but now, if I click on a notification, the post that it is notifying opens and the list of notifications disappears, and I can’t get it back without going out and back into notifications.
I use Chrome for my business website (which uses WP, but is not hosted by WP), which has a different login account, so it is annoying to have to switch accounts all the time. I sometimes forget and find myself posting on the wrong site with the wrong name.
Any way to fix?
WP.com: Yes

Regarding the wordpress.com platform, that duck thing isn’t amongst the supported browsers – https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#supported-browsers. So switch over to one of the supported browsers.

Yes, I know that. It’s more secure and private than the other supported browsers. I would hope that WP would consider bringing their platform into full compliance. It’s one fo the few browsers that block ads and don’t get nasty messages from websites that don’t allow adblockers.
