Number of posts per page

  The blog is displaying all posts on one page. I originally set it up to display one post, and it this worked for some weeks. Something has changed and I do not know what it is.

  I have attempted to reset the settings- one post per page- several times, restarted the computer, cleared cookies, waited a few days and tried again. Nothing seems to be working.

  Any help is most appreciated.
