O365 username email disabled and unable to reset forgotten password with it

Greetings,
I am reaching out on behalf of a friend, Mike Doble, who owns “exploriumbrew.com” and it was purchased through WordPress. Recently, the renewal for that domain lapsed since the auto-renew was done on a credit card that just expired. The goal would be to login to renew the domain but the password was forgotten/lost and in order to reset the password we’d need to send an email to “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”…. which is currently disabled due to the lapse in renewal.
So at this juncture, Mike is unable to reset his password to login to renew his domain/O365 email.
Is there any way I can put him in touch with you to resolve this issue?

Apologies for the delayed response, but I found out that the domain owner was in contact with us, and we managed to help him with renewing the domain. So everything should be all set.
