Obscure theme featured image wont show???

  Please help…

  the website in question can be found here http://cvoc.co.uk/

  the featured image at the top will not display despite the fact that if you click the image it takes you through to the post and shows the image as part of the post (a bright yellow box for test purposes)

  Any ideas please?
