Occasional issue with webpage display

Hi, Occasionally, pages on my site will appear buggy. Usually, the background doesn’t load properly and the menu looks odd. It’s usually after I update the website, and i have to clear both Dynamic Cache and Memcached to fix it. I’ve spoken with my hosting service who have said all is fine, but there maybe something wordpress end that conflicts with cache maybe?

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
