Occasionally, some plugin UI not displaying properly. How do I troubleshoot?

    Hello all!
    I am trying to add a new location to a plugin called Open User Map and the UI is unreadable. See below. This happens on random plugins on random occasions and then they seem to fix themselves. Any thoughts on what’s happening?
