OceanWP Header Background Issues

  Good Evening, so I’m putting the final touches on my website and the header background isn’t updating when I make updates. I’ve changed the color to #181818 but it keeps reverting back to the original default color which doesn’t show when I open the page in another browser. I’ve tried looking online for solutions but came up short. Let me know if there are anyway to fix this. Thanks.
